Before Your Notary Appointment

At J&J Services – Notary & Live Scan Specialists, we want your appointment to be simple and efficient. A little preparation beforehand can help avoid delays and ensure your documents are notarized properly.

Please Have the Following Ready

Bring your completed documents. Leave all required signatures blank until you are meeting with the notary.

Every signer must be present at the appointment and must provide an acceptable, current government-issued photo identification. Expired identification cannot be accepted.

Know what you are signing. Our notary can complete the required notarial act but cannot explain the legal meaning of your document, provide legal advice, or determine whether the information in your document is correct. Questions about the document should be directed to the person, organization, attorney, or agency that provided it.
